Delivery:

Any time or date quoted by SecurityMAX for despatch is an estimate only. Whilst we will make every endeavour to meet arranged times for delivery, SecurityMAX shall not be liable to made good any damage or loss, whether arising directly or indirectly, out of any delay in delivery.

SecurityMAX makes every effort to ensure the availability of all advertised goods. In the unlikely event that any item you have requested is unavailable, we will contact you immediately with an estimate of the expected delivery date.

SECURITYMAX will replace, free of charge, any product damaged or lost in transmit provided you tell us within 7 days of delivery or, in the case of non-delivery, within 7 days of the expected delivery date, that such damage or loss has occurred. In such cases you must inform us by sending an e-mail notification to: deliveries@securitymax.com

Refund Policy

If you decide that you would like to return the product(s) ordered from Security MAX please inform us within 7 days of purchase. We will provide you with a full refund on reciept of the goods provided that the condition of the goods is as new.
